3/4 mile up the road towards Whistable. More real ale and food.

The Rose in Bloom

Just over a mile away by beach, or 1 1/4 miles by path. Nice pub with garden, normally carrying a good choice of quality meals.

The Old Neptune

Around 2 miles by beach, or 2 1/2 miles by path. Beach side pub - just the place to rest those legs before the walk back from Whitstable!

The Sportsman

Around 1 1/2 miles west-bound, away from Whitstable, is another pub in close proximity to the beach. Extensive menu. Advised to book early for meals.
